Welcome to the Roundup 2016 Volunteer Application Site

Mineral Exploration Roundup 2016 will be held from January 25 – 28, 2016 at the Vancouver Convention Centre East with pre-conference activities on January 23-24. Volunteers must attend orientation on-site on January 22.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for AME BC. We are extremely proud of and grateful to our wonderful volunteers who help make Roundup a success year after year. This new site will allow you submit your contact information and select shifts based on your own availability.

Step 1: Click on the 'Apply to Volunteer' button on the right to express your interest in volunteering at Roundup 2016. If you've already created a profile, you can select "LOGIN" to edit your profile.

Step 2: Select the volunteer categories that you are interested in: Conference Host, Events Volunteer and Educational Volunteer. For more information on these categories, please check our website: http://amebc.ca/roundup/get-involved/volunteers

Step 3: If your application is approved, you will be sent a link to the volunteer registration website where you will select your own shifts and build your volunteer schedule.

We value your time. In return for your commitment to working 12 hours minimum, we will provide you:

• Complimentary Membership to AME BC with access to a variety of industry networking events throughout the year;
• Free Mineral Exploration Roundup 2016 Conference Registration, which includes admission to the Technical and Show Case Sessions, Exhibit Hall and more;
• First priority to attend the Student Industry Networking Event;
• Access to various networking events and technical programs during the conference.
